1 The treatment decision is made by cooperating doctors in the initial consultation. Remote treatment is not possible in every case. Prerequisites are compliance with recognized professional standards within the meaning of Section 630a of the German Civil Code (BGB) (taking into account scientific findings, medical experience that is necessary to achieve the medical treatment goal and has proven itself in testing) and the determination that, depending on the clinical picture, no personal contact between doctor and patient is necessary.

A personal consultation with the doctor can be booked at any time and can also be brought forward if necessary.

2 If additional medical services are required (eg medication plans, certificates, mailing of prescriptions) and the consultation time required is considerably longer, this price may increase depending on the doctor.
